Now it is possible for large and small business owners to offer their employees the benefits of an in house consultant. Twice a month we will come to your business and consult with each employee concerning stress, family problems, personality issues that may be affecting work performance. By dealing with these issues in private confidential sessions work performance and productivity is improved.
No reports are given to the employer concerning private issues. Evaluation tests are given to each employee about work conditions and suggested improvements. A single report is issued with anonymous recommendations for change in the work environment.
